(A) Establishment. Under the provisions of applicable state law and Ordinance 5067, the Board of Zoning Appeals, as established by Ordinance 5067, is continued, and shall be maintained as to membership in accordance with such ordinance.
(B) Powers and duties. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have those powers and duties specified by applicable state law and the Zoning Ordinance as adopted by reference and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
(C) Enforcement. Enforcement of rulings of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be carried out pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance.
